The brief
A radical strategic shift for Danone meant big changes for the company’s international HR teams. There was an entirely new mission to convey to a global workforce whose numbers had swelled by 13,000 as a result of new acquisitions. And of course the company needed to attract more fresh talent around the world to work towards its new goals.
The solution
Our robust yet versatile global employer branding solution saw us appointed over four major Paris agencies. We extended our core message across a full suite of materials, with guidelines to let each country tailor communications locally, plus a launch website to ensure all-important internal buy-in. All of this generated plenty of enthusiasm from Danone teams globally, not to mention column inches in a leading French marketing magazine.
