The brief
We work with a collection of top-tier global investment banks, including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, through our Greenlight diversity communications team. When they needed to come up with an engaging new way to attract more women to careers in investment banking, they turned to us.
The solution
The Fresh Look initiative targeted female students through a carefully researched channel strategy that took in social networking, PR, student societies and direct marketing. They were invited along to a large centralised event to discuss opportunities, issues and concerns with successful women from the banking sector. The pilot event was a great success, with over 100 attendees.
