Inside & Out
The brief
Inside & Out was the first project our Greenlight diversity communications team carried out for the Investment Banking Forum (IBF), a collection of top-tier global investment banks with a shared focus on diversity. The challenge was to raise the standing of careers in the banking sector within the LGBT student community.
The solution
The first event created enough interest to make regional and national news. Now in its third year, Inside & Out remains a hit, having opened up the world of banking to hundreds of LGBT students and enabled the IBF banks to strengthen their commitment to diversity.
