Diversity Recruitment Events
It’s been a hectic few months at Stafford Long’s HQ and amongst other things, our graduate diversity activities have kept us on our toes. From attracting female students into banking with our ‘Fresh Look’ event, to ‘Open’ which provides undergraduates with a disability a forum to learn from Magic Circle firms about a career in law, we’ve covered every area of diversity recruitment.
We’re specialists in bringing multiple firms together for industry wide events that promote inclusion, as well as helping individual clients share their unique employment propositions face-to-face with under-represented groups, through their own events. We put all our fantastic feedback (received so far!) from both students and clients down to the in-depth process we assign to every one of our diversity initiatives. And, of course, hearing that the team has done another great job certainly puts a smile on our faces!
